Perfect Partners in Chianti

This typical Tuscan countryside with olive groves and vineyards provides the most stunning setting for this fabulous riding holiday. The riding centre was established more than 20 years ago by expert horseman Franco and his wife and business partner, Raimonda, and the atmosphere is relaxed and professional. The 35 horses are expertly schooled with principles of natural horsemanship. The accommodation is in a traditional Italian farmhouse with a very warm and relaxed atmosphere. Meals are taken together and the Italian cuisine is of a high standard with a local feel.  The Monte Giovi, Vallambrosa and Colline di Fiesole Trails are all run out of this excellent riding centre.

A 7 night stay with 12 or 18 hours riding over 7 days will be tailor made to suit you and your needs but you will ride the surrounding vast and varied countryside around the riding centre, exploring Mount Bardellone with its fabulous views of Florence before descending towards the river Sieve.  Gallop to the village of Rufina, famous for its Chianti wines.  Ride through vineyards and olive groves, stopping for some all important wine tasting.

On Fridays an all-day ride (4-6 hours in the saddle) is usually organised with a stop for a picnic lunch somewhere scenic and perhaps some more wine tasting.

There are no set arrival days and we also cater for children aged between 10 - 16 years at reduced rates.
